In honour of Black History Month I wanted to send a special shout-out to the Black Actors Film Guild Canada (BAFGC) for awarding my film “2020” as Best Experimental Film at their 2024 award show. I wrote this film during the pandemic and I’m amazed that it still continues to receive such recognition! I’m so honoured that it continues to make a positive impact ❤️. The awards ceremony was hosted by Emmy Award Winner Mishael Morgan who plays Hilary Curtis and Amanda Sinclair on the iconic soap opera The Young and Restless 🖤. I love that show so much that I WILL be on there one day!! Putting it out in the Universe!
