In honour of Canada @ 150, it was an amazing and humbling honour to be recognized as Black Canadians Top 150 Exceptional Black Canadian Professionals, thus inducting me into the Black Canadians National Wall of Fame and earning me a Black Business Award with respect to my industry of Film & Television and as a Community Role Model. I was selected through the nomination committee of the Black Canadians Diversity Advancement Network, so needless to say this award was bestowed upon me when I least expected it! It is equally great to be acknowledged as a role model in the community as I mentor youth through my film production company.
