Imperfections

It is sooo easy to get caught up in wanting to achieve the perfect project before we even start!  As a result, we keep pushing that start date of our project, but what I have learned is that every step counts…no matter how big or small.  I mean, how are you going to get from point A to point B without taking a step forward?  I promise you, once you actually begin, it will get easier.  I felt this way when I started developing my website.  I was so consumed with trying to achieve “the perfect look” that I initially gave up on even having one.  However, due to the nature of my industry in Film & Television it is a must!  So I decided on a web builder program, then chose a template and a couple colours and voila!  I must admit, since Covid-19 Pandemic began, I haven’t updated my site which is why I’m even writing this blog post…to hold myself accountable!  There is always something you can do to better yourself, your goals, your hopes, and dreams…so I encourage you to take a step forward πŸ™‚  Here is a peak at my current website www.sharmamacdonald.com , not elaborate, but it’s a start!  Stay tuned as I revamp and update some new info!! πŸ˜‰

In the meanwhile make sure to read a copy of one of my favourite books:  “The Gifts of Imperfection” by Best-Selling Author BrenΓ© Brown.
